Before revealing the contents of the punched out #6, Bob Barker asked why he punched it out, and the old man said that he had intended to punch out #7 but missed, and that 6 was the devil's number. Barker pulled out the paper in #6 revealing the jackpot, and let's just say that the #6 may have appeared on a baseball uniform or two as I grew up.
